Traders Row at ISP Homecoming Parade

In 2005, ISP Sports solidified the commitment to its hometown of Winston-Salem when the company announced plans to move to a new corporate headquarters in the community's downtown arts district.

Trader's Row, appropriately named because of its location on Trade Street, stands five-stories tall with ISP occupying the first and second floors which consists of 31,500 square feet. In addition to ISP, the brick building houses shops and 18 condominiums.

The Trade Street Arts District serves as an eclectic home for Trader's Row. Art galleries, studios, wine bars, restaurants, condominiums and offices have moved in where tobacco warehouses once stood. With street festivals and outdoor concerts held throughout the year, the Arts District provides a vibrant experience for its residents and guests.

ISP has added to that experience thanks to several street level broadcast studios with large windows for passersby to view and listen to live broadcasts.

Upon entering ISP's headquarters, guests walk into a spacious "lobby-gym" modeled after the Milan High School gym in the movie Hoosiers. The gym features retractable bleachers, stadium seating overlooking the court from the second floor and a large video board. ISP's partner schools are showcased with massive displays designed by local artists.
