ISP Saluted for Employee Development Programs

ISP |America's Home for College Sports has been recognized by Training magazine for its commitment to a comprehensive, year-round employee development program.
     ISP, a leader in the field of collegiate sports marketing, was ranked 102nd nationally among Fortune 500 and other companies by Training and honored for that achievement at a recent event in Atlanta.
    
"Part of the vision of ISP has always been to value its people first,” Kelli Hilliard, ISP Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, said in response to the recognition.  “It is an honor that Training magazine has recognized our significant investment of time, talent and resources in ISP's professional development and personal enrichment initiatives.  We have developed an environment within our company that fosters meaningful relationships, motivates employees to take a personal interest in the company and in each other, and promotes enjoyment by working together for the success of the team, as well as the individual.

The annual awards program recognizes employer-sponsored training and development.  Training magazine sponsors this annual competition that evaluates a variety of data on organizational learning programs.  Judging is based on elements such as corporate universities, evaluation procedures and internal best practices.
