John Hite
Vice President and General Manager
After the acquisition of his company College Comfort, LLC by ISP in 2008, John joined the ISP staff as the Vice President and General Manager of ISP Stadium Seating in March 2008. For 10 years, John operated and managed College Comfort with his partner Franklin Yancey. As part owner, John was able to gain valuable experience in the areas of accounting, finance, sales, marketing, and management. John earned both a B.S. in Management and a MBA in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Tech.
Franklin Yancey, Jr.
Vice President and General Manager
Franklin joined ISP in March 2008 after the acquisition of College Comfort, LLC by ISP. In 1998 with the help of his colleague John Hite, Franklin launched College Comfort to provide a new and unique medium in sports marketing. Franklin brought with him invaluable knowledge and experience that facilitated a smooth transition of College Comfort into ISP. Franklin earned a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
Joseph Hurt, Jr.
Assistant General Manager
In March 2008, Joseph joined the ISP team as an Account Executive for ISP Stadium Seating, a position he has held for the past five years. Joseph transitioned to ISP after the acquisition of College Comfort by ISP in 2008. No stranger to the college marketing landscape, Joseph previously worked for Stony Brook University as an Assistant Media Relations Director and for Virginia Tech as a Media Relations Assistant. In 2000, Joseph earned a B.A. in Communications from Virginia Tech.
